• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our processing models or server software.

We reserve the right to block access to users who violate these terms.

3. Image Ownership and Rights

You retain full ownership of any images you upload and any processed results you download. Image-Studio.net does not claim any rights over your content. As described in our Privacy Policy, uploaded images are deleted from our servers immediately after processing is complete.

You represent and warrant that you have the right to upload and process any images you submit to our service.

4. Service Availability

Image-Studio.net is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We strive to keep our service running reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.

We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, quality, or reliability of the image processing results. AI models may produce imperfect or unexpected output. You are responsible for reviewing any processed images before using them for important purposes.

8. Intellectual Property
